About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at EPAM. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet our clients’ needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver innovative and scalable applications. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in software development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and version control systems like Git. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously improve technical skills. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable software solutions aligned with project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and ensure seamless integration of new features. Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize project impact. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the team. Assist in mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledge within the team.
