Job Overview UltaHost is looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack JavaScript Developer (AI-Native) to join our Engineering team. This role is ideal for an experienced software engineer who enjoys building modern web applications across the entire technology stack while leveraging AI-assisted development workflows to deliver high-quality software efficiently. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and modern frontend applications using JavaScript and TypeScript technologies. Working closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers, you will take ownership of features from specification through production while maintaining high standards for code quality, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, NestJS, React, Next.js, and TypeScript Build secure and maintainable REST APIs, authentication systems, and backend services Design and maintain database schemas using Prisma ORM with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis where appropriate Use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar as part of your daily development workflow Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based development environments, and deployment processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) 4+ years of professional Full-Stack JavaScript development experience Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript Production experience with Node.js and NestJS Strong experience with React and Next.js Hands-on experience with Prisma ORM, PostgresSQL/MySQL, MongoDB/Redis Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines Experience writing unit and integration tests using Jest, Vitest, Supertest, or similar frameworks Daily experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex CLI, or similar Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, security, and modern engineering best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Preferred Qualifications Experience building AI-powered applications using LLM APIs Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), AI agent frameworks, or AI automation Experience working on SaaS, hosting, cloud, or infrastructure platforms Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms Experience optimizing application performance and large-scale systems Passion for AI-assisted software engineering and continuous improvement What We Offer Opportunity to work in a fast-growing international technology company Professional and collaborative engineering environment Remote-first work culture Career growth and professional development opportunities Opportunity to work with modern AI-native development workflows Exposure to large-scale cloud infrastructure and global software products Dynamic and innovation-driven company culture
