About The Role We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our Yearbook Technology team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our flagship SaaS platform. As a Web Developer, you will collaborate closely with Customer Support, Product, and Engineering teams to address escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and implement high-quality solutions that enhance the user experience. Your contributions will help improve observability, reduce technical debt, and optimize system performance at scale. Through mentorship, code reviews, and process enhancements, you will uphold engineering standards and foster a resilient, scalable platform that supports our customers' success.
