About the Opportunity: The Web Engineer will contribute to developing and scaling the organization's mortgage servicing platform. This role involves building robust infrastructure to comply with evolving regulations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create effective customer experiences. The position is critical in driving software solutions that support the organization's mission to modernize a complex financial sector. 3. Responsibilities: Learn and apply new technologies to solve challenging problems Design and build scalable infrastructure meeting complex regulatory requirements Gain deep industry knowledge to inform software development Collaborate with Product and Design teams to enhance customer experience 4. Requirements: Minimum 4 years of software engineering experience building scalable applications Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Proven ability to build scalable systems from scratch with rapid delivery Experience in web or mobile application development, large-scale distributed systems, or infrastructure management Effective time management in fast-paced environments 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package: Base Compensation Band: $150,000 to $265,000 depending on seniority Competitive salary with equity stake and 401(k) plan 6.
